Scenarios:

Main Menu / Level Finder

Dave receives an invitation to check out the level his friend created in this new Facebook game. When he clicks on the link he is presented with a grid of options. He can create his own level, read up on what this game is about, find levels his friends made, find levels that are highly ranked, or browse them all. Since he was invited by his friend to check this out, he clicks the option to browse for his friend's level. When he does this, Dave is now shown a list of his friends (hopefully), and clicks on the one who sent the message. [list]

Storyboard:

Dave is at the main menu where he can browse levels, create a level, play a tutorial with 5 basic levels, or read instructions on how to play.

After picking the "Browse Levels" options, Dave can look through all levels, Facebook friend created levels, highest rated levels, or play a random level.

Playing

Dave is now playing the game! In the middle is a grid with various pieces on it. On the right is a thumbs up/down icon saying "Rate me!", just above a reset icon and another that can take him back to the main menu. To the left of the board is a small series of thumbnails showing randomly selected levels. He clicks his way through the game, completing the level. A splash menu pops up asking him to rate the level, and giving him the option to either play a random level or return to the main menu.

Storyboard:

Once Dave selects a level to play, Dave is presented with the game board. He can choose to play a different level on the left, or can reset and rate the level on the right. There is also a button to return to the main menu.

Once Dave has completed the level, a pop-up will ask him to rate the level if he hasn't already. From there, he can play a random level or return to the main menu.

 Editing

While playing, Dave came up with something he thought would have been really cool to see in that last level. Wanting to show his friends, he decides to go back to the main menu and open up the editor. This time, he sees the game board in the center, but as a blank slate. On the right there is now a list of all the pieces, as well as goal squares and walls, and an option to delete previously placed objects. Along the left are icons that say 'save', 'clear', [etc]. Clicking the icons on the right, each one gets highlighted one at a time. When clicking on the board, the highlighted piece gets placed there.

Storyboard:
From the main menu, Dave chooses to create a level. He is presented with units on the right and save/clear buttons on the left side. In the middle is the game board where Dave can place units by highlighting by clicking a unit, then clicking on the square he would like to place it in the game board.
After creating his level, Dave saves the level. He can then play it, publish it to Facebook, or return to the main menu.
Publishing to Facebook can invite friends to play the game, or publish a message on Dave's wall, saying he created a level and asks his friends to try it.
